Biography Of Coya Mobley

Life·

Born late 50’s in Dayton, OH·

Raised in Buffalo, New York until the age of six, by her uncle and aunt.·

Move back to Dayton, Ohio with her mother.

Mother raised Coya and her six siblings on her on all of Coya’s life. ·

Growing up, Coya’s life was hard,

Went to Catholic School.

Have five sisters and two brothers, one brother deceased.·

Coya played softball in grade school and ran track.

During High School, Coya worked and went to summer school every summer. Coya had to repeat some course over, because it was hard for her to digest it the first time.

This is something that would follow her from grade school all the way to college..but she would not settle for failure.

She was determine to have her degrees. ·

In 1977 God Bless Coya with her first son.·

In 1982 Coya graduated from Central State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications.·

While at Central State Coya became a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Delta Omega Chapter.

Also a member of the Communications Club and a member of the University Choir, where she was in several university productions.·

In 1984 God Blessed Coya with her second Son.
