We used gamification strategies to come up with creative ways to come together and work as a team including:

 

-  2 Truths and A Lie to get to know each other

-Polls to see what the majority of the team liked and to find out more about each other

- Sharing our own experiences to learn from them and use them in the campaign

 

Challenges we faced were being able to collaborate effectively when we all have different schedules. We combatted that by using skype so everyone can see what is going on and chime in with their opinions.
